It’s a 2-ply, sport weight yarn made from Merino d’Arles GOTS-certified wool—with a 21 micron count, this is the softest wool native to Europe. This rare sheep breed hails from southern France and, due to the high crimp of its fleece, yarn spun from this wool has pockets of trapped air, providing insulation and increasing the warmth of your knitted garments. The wool from this breed is exceptionally fluffy, bouncy, and soft.
Their favourite GOTS-certified mill in Turkey then spins and dyes their exquisite organic wool, allowing them to have everything under one roof.
